How to lose weight.
How to lose weight and look good?There is two types of weight loss;One that will make you look young and toned and the second that will make you look wrinkly old.(You don't really need the second one) Are you ready for the challenge?If so, leave me some comment and I will give you some tips.

If I want to lose weight, especially around the abdomen area, can I do at home exercises that are simple???

ReplyDeleteThanks for reading my blog.It is hard to lose weight in abdomen area but this can be done specially with a diet and some abs exercises.It won't surprise you to learn that the best way to lose abdominal fat is to eat right and exercise regularly. And there's a growing body of research to show that the fastest way to burn off the fat from your belly is with a combination of weight training and aerobic exercise.
Bicycle Crunch Exercise,leg raise(my fav),ab crunch on an exercise ball,vertical leg crunch.
Over the years I learned that only certains foods can shrink your belly and it is called raw food:vegetables,fruits and (some proteins.)
if you wanna try the raw food diet let me know so i can give you some good tips.

If you know you are pregnant;Do not try the raw food diet.
ReplyDeleteRaw food diet is a diet for people that want to lose weight around their belly.So if you want to work on having 6 pack abs, this would be a good start diet.
Remember ;Stay away from process food.
